Feature Enhancement Candidate Search

Candidate Search v1

We're delighted to launch an enhancement to our Candidate Search module, which provides users with a much faster and more efficient way to search.

Our first iteration is limited to Candidate Searches.

In essence, once a Candidate applies for a role (by uploading their CV or completing an online application form), data is automatically "indexed" to enable a superior search function. 

This first iteration focuses on CVs and application forms,  by analysing all data within these predominant data sources:

"Advanced" search allows users to target database fields (name, email, phone no and job title)

"Filters" allows users to refine searches by "advert status", "company", "candidate ranking" and "job boards"

To get you onboard, we will need to carry out some data migration work in order that your documents and data can be “re-indexed”.  Additionally, the Candidate Search release will need to be enabled for the specific users.

This feature release will not have an impact to GDPR or compliance issues.

Future releases
Coming soon, the Primary search box will be extended, enabling users to search across all fields and other data types.
