Automation has landed with a bang across the recruitment landscape
Recruitment automation is fast becoming one of the hot topics for recruiters and boy is it making a splash!!
So, what is all the fuss about?
In short, automation is a game-changer! It will transform the way companies hire as it enables the creation of workflows at any point of the recruitment process. It will certainly have a major impact on the candidate experience and talent pools, it will eliminate all repetitive and high-volume tasks and re-shape how recruiters work with hiring managers

This could then kick-start the next workflow to send them a congratulatory email with all the details to produce and submit a video!
